QAA Trade Services is one team for the practical side of international purchasing: finding and checking suppliers, coordinating samples, orders and payments, then receiving, consolidating and shipping the cargo. Sourcing and inspection happen mainly in China and Türkiye; Dubai is where contracts, payments and onward shipping are coordinated. Hand us one stage or the whole process — scope and cost are agreed before work begins.
Every request can cover Selected services or Full process management. Full-process support is still tailored to your order: you tell us which stages matter and we confirm the scope with you.

Supplier Sourcing and Verification
Sourcing & Supplier Selection
Find suppliers that match your product specification, order size and commercial requirements. We collect quotations, compare options and coordinate initial negotiations and samples.
What this covers
Product and factory search
Minimum order quantities (MOQ)
Quotations and commercial terms

Deliverable: a supplier comparison and documented next steps
Review supplier information, arrange factory visits and inspect goods against agreed requirements. Receive a report of findings, discrepancies and items requiring attention.
What this covers
Registration and contact checks
Factory and site visits
Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspections

Routine inspection and specialist laboratory testing are separate scopes. An inspection reports what was found against the agreed checklist; it is not a certification or a quality guarantee.

What this covers
Sample dispatch and receipt, including Iran–China sample requests
Proforma invoice review
Your approval of specifications before production
Production follow-up
Follow-up on delays and discrepancies
Handover to the warehouse
Sample acceptance depends on the item and the route.
Arrange commercial payments to suppliers in China, Türkiye, the UAE and other origins, in the currency the deal requires (CNY, AED, TRY, USD, EUR and others), with the amount, exchange rate, service charges and required documentation agreed for each request.
For each payment we need the proforma or commercial invoice, beneficiary details and the purpose of payment. Payments are made only against verified commercial transactions and documentation.
What this covers
Payment-only requests are welcome, with or without an order
Payments in the supplier's currency: CNY, AED, TRY, USD, EUR or another currency agreed for the transaction
Exchange rate, charges and supporting documents confirmed per request before execution
The contracting party and responsibilities are set out for each assignment
No rates are quoted and no payment is made through this website. QAA never asks for bank passwords or login details.
Receive goods into warehouses in China and the UAE, combine purchases from multiple suppliers and prepare them for shipment. Hold inventory and release it in stages to match your requirements.

Receipt photos, carton count, weight and dimensions
Reporting of visible damage on arrival
Repacking, cushioning, pallets, straps and labels
Stock reporting and staged dispatch
Receiving goods from other origins into the UAE

Coverage and exclusions
Evidence for a claim
Unloading and destination transport

QAA coordinates the insurance; the insurer's policy governs how a claim is settled.
Review commercial and shipping documents, coordinate required approvals and follow customs procedures for the agreed route. Resolve missing or inconsistent information before it interrupts the shipment.
What this covers
Commercial invoices and packing lists
Transport documents
Certificates of origin where required
Import registration and permit coordination
Export, import and re-export documentation as applicable
Customs coordination in Iran and the UAE; release documents and handover
Clearance depends on the goods, documents and route; no clearance outcome is guaranteed.
The service, the product or order context, the route and your timing.
02
Review the scope and proposal
Deliverables, responsibilities, costs and estimated timings, set out before you commit.
03
Coordinate execution
Once you accept the assignment: a designated contact, stage updates and agreed changes.
04
Complete and document
Service-specific completion evidence, delivery where included, and a final reconciliation.
Completion evidence depends on what you commissioned: a payment receipt or status for a payment, an assessment report for a supplier check, a delivery acknowledgment where delivery is part of the scope.

What a Supplier Comparison Report looks like
The report you receive at the end of Sourcing & Supplier Selection, shown with a worked example. Suppliers are named A, B and C and every figure is hypothetical.
Illustrative example — not a real supplier assessment
Supplier A for price and full specification match, subject to certificate verification; Supplier C as backup for a shorter lead time.
Documented next steps
Who does what next: samples, negotiation points, inspection before shipment.
Limits of the report
A comparison of the information gathered at that date. It does not guarantee a supplier's performance, quality or delivery; inspection and contract terms remain separate steps.
Coverage
Where your goods come from, where they are coordinated, where they arrive
Sourcing from China and Türkiye, commercial coordination from Dubai and delivery to Iran and Central Asia form the core of the QAA Trade Services network.
The route, the services required and how each order is carried out are assessed against the type of goods, origin, destination and deal terms, and confirmed before work begins.

How we deliver
A clear scope. A named contact. An organized process.

A designated point of contactOne person at QAA follows your request and replies within 24 working hours.
Updates at agreed milestonesStatus reports at the stages agreed for your assignment.
Recorded changes and delivery documentationChanges are recorded and each service closes with its own documentation.
No. The route is chosen per shipment. Goods can move directly from origin to destination, with Dubai used for coordination, payment or consolidation where it helps.
Do you work with buyers in Central Asia?
Yes, including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Tell us your destination and we will confirm what applies to your shipment.
Can you find suppliers in Türkiye?
Yes. We search for suppliers and arrange pre-shipment checks in Türkiye, in the same way we do in China.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 working hours, with questions or a first scope.
Can I use QAA if I already have a supplier?
Yes. You can engage us for order follow-up, inspection, payment coordination, warehousing, freight or other agreed stages without changing your supplier.
Can I request just one service?
Yes. Services can be commissioned individually or combined into a managed assignment.
How is this different from buying products from QAA?
For the eleven commodities on our commodity pages, QAA supplies the product itself from its own supplier network and manages the supply chain for you from start to finish. Trade Services is a separate service for any other product: we buy it from your own supplier, or from one we find for you, then ship and deliver it to you. Our role and responsibilities are defined in the proposal and agreement.
Can you consolidate purchases and dispatch them in stages?
Yes. We can coordinate receipt, consolidation, storage and staged dispatch from China and the UAE, with the handling and storage terms agreed in advance.
Do you arrange commercial payments?
Yes. Commercial payments in CNY, AED, TRY, USD, EUR or another currency the deal requires can be requested independently or alongside an order. Required documents, fees and payment arrangements are confirmed for each request.
What does an inspection cover?
The agreed inspection can cover quantity, visible condition, dimensions, packaging and conformity to the order or approved sample. Specialist tests and laboratory work are arranged separately when required.
How are fees and timing determined?
They depend on the services, cargo or order details, route and requested timing. We provide a proposal that identifies the scope, charges, assumptions and estimated schedule.
What happens after I send a request?
We review your requirement and send a proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, charges and estimated timing. Work starts only once you accept the assignment; from then on a designated contact keeps you updated at the agreed stages.
Which countries do you cover?
Sourcing and inspection happen mainly in China and Türkiye; contracts, supplier payments, warehousing, consolidation and onward shipment are coordinated from Dubai; documentation, customs coordination and delivery are handled for buyers in Iran and Central Asia, including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. South Korea and other origins are assessed per request. The route is chosen per shipment: goods can travel directly from origin to destination or through the UAE.
Do I need to upload documents to make an initial inquiry?
No. Start with a short description. Our team will explain which supporting documents are needed for the next stage.
Tell us what you need to source, move or manage. Our team will review the requirement and recommend the appropriate trade workflow.
No documents are needed at this stage. Scope and price are agreed after we review your request, and QAA's role in each assignment is set out in the proposal and agreement.
